The assistant proposes; you decide. Every step comes from a fixed catalogue of actions, is checked by an independent validator, and is labelled by risk. Anything that changes your system shows a confirmation that says exactly what will change.

Fixes you can undo
Quarantined files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and renamed so they can’t run, and their integrity is verified after every move. Changed your mind? Restore a file to its original place in one step. Only permanent deletion can’t be undone, and it asks you twice.

Built so the AI can’t act on its own
One rule shapes the whole design: the part that thinks is separated from the part that acts, by a strict validator and by you.
The AI proposes, you approve
The AI can only choose actions from the catalogue. A deterministic validator checks every parameter, path and process before a proposal reaches you.
Private by default
With Minimal sharing, the AI sees finding types, hashes and file names with user names masked. File contents, documents, browser history and passwords are never sent.
Works without AI
All scanning and detection run on your computer. Without the AI gateway, the assistant follows the built-in playbooks of the intelligence pack instead.
Encrypted on your device
Sessions are stored in an encrypted database, quarantined files in an encrypted vault, and your API key in the operating system’s keychain.
Signed intelligence
Detection rules, scoring and explanations come in a digitally signed intelligence pack. A pack that has been tampered with is rejected.
A hardened app
The interface runs sandboxed under a strict content policy, and scans run in a separate process that only executes approved actions.

Questions, answered
Does it replace my antivirus?
No. It is a guided second opinion that works alongside the protection built into your system, such as XProtect or Microsoft Defender. Use it when something feels off, or for a regular check-up, to investigate and clean up with clear explanations.
Will it change anything without asking?
No. The first scan only looks. Every change is proposed to you, labelled by risk, and runs only after you approve it and confirm a dialog that states exactly what will change. Destructive steps need two confirmations.
What does the AI get to see?
Only what your data-sharing level allows. With Minimal, the setting for remote gateways, the AI receives finding types, severities, hashes, file names with user names masked, and your OS version. File contents, documents, browser history, credentials and personal files are never sent. Web research can be switched off.
Does it work offline or without the AI?
Yes. Scanning and detection run entirely on your computer with the built-in ClamAV and YARA engines and the intelligence pack. Without a connection to the AI gateway, the assistant switches to playbook mode and still proposes the right next steps.
Can I undo a fix?
Quarantined files can be restored to their original location from the Quarantine page. Only permanently deleting a quarantined file can’t be undone, which is why it asks twice.
Do I need administrator rights?
No, it runs as a normal user. Some system-wide checks are more complete with administrator rights; when a result is incomplete for that reason, the app tells you.
Which systems and languages are supported?
The scanner is designed for macOS, Windows and Linux. This first preview has been tested most thoroughly on macOS. The app is available in English, Dutch and French.
